4K at 60fps. 2K HDR behind.

The A329S 2CH combines 4K 60fps front recording with a separate 2K HDR rear camera, dual Sony STARVIS 2 sensors and the fastest connected/storage platform in the A329S range — including Wi-Fi 6, USB 3.0 transfer and external SSD support up to 4TB. Fast recording, fast transfer and storage that can run for weeks.

The A329S is built for drivers who want more than image quality alone. Its performance story continues after recording — through Wi-Fi 6, USB 3.0, SSD backup and a more advanced parking platform.

Two channels, two STARVIS 2 sensors

4K ahead. 2K behind. HDR available at both ends.

The front camera uses Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 8MP hardware; the rear uses Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675 5MP. Both lenses are F1.8, with 140° front and 160° rear fields of view.

Two different sensors, each chosen for the camera it serves. The IMX678 front sensor provides the pixel count required for native 4K, while the IMX675 rear sensor delivers detailed 2K coverage with a wider 160° field of view. STARVIS 2 technology improves low-light sensitivity and dynamic range across both channels.

HDR — Keep more usable detail when bright and dark parts of the scene collide

HDR combines exposures to balance high-contrast scenes such as headlights, tunnels, shaded roads and reflective number plates. The rear camera records 2K HDR, while the front switches to 4K 30fps when HDR is enabled.

4K at 60 frames per second

Choose frame rate when motion matters. Choose HDR when exposure matters.

The front camera can record native 4K at 60fps for smoother motion. Switch to 4K 30fps to enable front HDR. The rear remains 2K 30fps.

  • 4K 60fps front — Twice the frame sampling of 30fps for fast-moving road scenes. At 3840×2160 and 60fps, the front camera captures more individual moments each second, making playback smoother and giving moving vehicles, signs and roadside detail more temporal information.
  • 2K rear coverage — The rear camera records 2K HDR through the rear window, complementing the wide 4K front view.

Recording modes

  • 60FPS — Prioritise motion: Use 4K 60fps when fast-moving detail and smoother playback are the priority.
  • HDR — Prioritise exposure: Use 4K 30fps with HDR when headlights, shadows and reflective surfaces create the harder recording challenge.

Smart & Connected

Three ways to make large files easier to live with. Wi-Fi 6 handles everyday app access, USB 3.0 provides a much faster direct phone connection on compatible hardware, and Multiplex Video can combine views into a single shareable file.

Wi-Fi 6 · 2.4GHz + 5GHz

Faster previewing and downloads without removing the card. Wi-Fi 6 can reach up to 30MB/s on the 5GHz band in an interference-free environment. A one-minute 4K clip can transfer to a phone in under ten seconds under the stated test conditions.
